Delete a campaign

DELETE

/campaign/{id}

Deletes a campaign and all associated resources.

Business Rules:

Campaign must not be locked for editing

User must have permission to delete campaigns

This is a hard delete operation (campaign is permanently removed)

All related resources are also deleted (POSElements, allocations, share access)

Warning: This operation cannot be undone. Consider using archive instead.
